Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a full refund but can provide store credit for future use.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

How to Return an Item
To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT: Before returning your item, contact us to receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). This number must be written on the return package to ensure it reaches us.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we can offer only a partial refund if:

The item is not in its original condition or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund, and it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at Support@MyEyeglassCase.com.
Shipping Costs
You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
For returns on items valued over $40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
